Digital Guest Invitation

We'll create a custom digital invitation for your guests, complete with a private RSVP link where they can select preferences and share any dietary needs.

Collection of
Guest Responses

We will collect guest responses and confirm a seating chart. All dietary restrictions and food allergies are communicated directly to the chef to ensure a comfortable and appetizing evening.

Host Prep
Guide

Leading up to your dinner, you’ll receive a brief preparation guide with simple instructions for preparing the kitchen and dining space, securing pets, and sharing any entry, gate, or parking details our team may need. We’ll also provide your evening's timeline so you can plan accordingly.

Day Of
Your Dinner

Our team will arrive approximately 2–3 hours prior to guest arrival to thoughtfully prepare the space for a seamless evening. We begin preparing the space by styling the table, arranging place settings, and setting the tone for the evening.

While You
Dine

While you dine, our team quietly manages the flow of the evening behind the scenes by coordinating course timing, refreshing the table, maintaining service, so you never have to leave a conversation.

After
Dinner

We offer our signature turndown experience to gently lead guests away from the table while our team clears dinner service, cleans the kitchen, and thoughtfully resets the space to how it was found upon arrival.

 

For some hosts, the night continues long after the meal with one of our enhancements.
