The Experience

Sōcca presents Palette to Palate, an immersive white-party dining experience in Tampa for those who seek more than a dinner. Your guests seek a story. We ask that they arrive in crisp white attire to be welcomed into a luminous tablescape of the most plush white decor and dinnerware. Your private chef for the night is Rosana Rivera. Over the seven-course tasting menu, she'll unveil each plate that was inspired by the colors of the rainbow.

Each course reflects a distinct hue, crafted not only to delight the palate but also to spark conversation. On the back of every custom menu are "colorful conversation" prompts and questions that inspire dialogue as naturally as the wine flows.

The Menu

From the decadent red amuse bouche to the golden hues of roasted vegetables and the deep indigos of wild berries, every course brings color to life. Wow your guests with the finale, a layered coconut tier cake with colored creams, served on an artist’s palette designed exclusively for Sōcca. Guests become creators, painting edible masterpieces before savoring their sweet creations.
